Secret Garden Feted Proddy Class

Thursday, July 28th 6-9 pm on Zoom.

$52.50 Includes all materials and instruction and to buy the Proddy Scissors.

In this virtual class, held on Zoom, you'll learn how to create a colorful, needle felted, two-dimensional painting of a beautiful garden complete with a hummingbird and more! This Secret Garden Felted Proddy Class will combine needle felting and Proddy in a 7" wood hoop with step by step instruction. After needle felting the hummingbird and coneflower, we will use hand dyed wool fabrics and Proddy scissors to pull wool through the linen backing as done in rug hooking to make a variety of garden flowers . Fabric colors may vary. The Scissors adapted for Proddy may be borrowed and returned or purchased for an additional cost of $7.50. All other materials including fiber, wool flower fabrics, needles, felting pad, and wood hoop are included. You will need scissors and a hot glue gun to complete the project. It's $45.00 to take the class and borrow the Proddy scissors or $52.50 to take the class and buy the Proddy scissors. Please let us know if you would like to borrow or buy the Proddy scissors. The finished felting (7") will be framed inside a provided hoop.
This class is beginner friendly, but fun for anyone! The class will be recorded, so you can watch the recorded video at a later date if you can't make it that night!

This class is limited to 10 students. $45.00 for the class and to borrow the Proddy scissors (must return to Lori or Lavender Hill Farm Alpacas) or $52.50 for the class and to buy the Proddy scissors.
Kits will be available for pick up at the gift shop at Lavender Hill Farm Alpacas, can be shipped as long as time allows for an additional cost, or you may pick up from Lori if you're closer to the Salem, CT area.
Lori will email you a link to the Zoom classroom a couple days before the class.
